Information within the journey
THT may need identity and contact information, purchase and journey records, raw birth details, and the answers a client chooses to share through Intake. Only information necessary for a defined journey purpose should be collected.
Personal and sensitive information
Intake responses may describe deeply personal life experiences. Free text may also include health, sexuality, or religious, philosophical, or spiritual beliefs. Clients are invited to share only what feels relevant and are not required to include sensitive information unless they want THT to know it.
Use and access
Information is intended for the purchased THT journey and should be available only to the client where applicable, an authorized practitioner, and necessary protected systems. It must not be silently repurposed for marketing, publication, testimonials, recordings, training, or method development. Any optional secondary use requires a separate, voluntary, purpose-specific choice.
External systems
Approved service providers may later support storage, communication, processing, or delivery. No provider may receive real client information until its purpose, location, safeguards, agreements, and access have been reviewed and approved.
Retention and deletion
A defined retention, review, deletion, and correction-history policy is required before production activation. THT will not adopt an indefinite store-by-default rule.
Your information
The production service must support applicable requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal. Requests and privacy questions will use the Contact page once the legal provider details are finalized.
